At Vic Firth, we stand behind the quality of our drumsticks and percussion accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside the box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
